Cheesy Crack Chicken
Updated: Feb 19, 2021

What can I say about cheesy crack chicken.... I can tell you that it's A BIG HIT in this household. Make a double batch; you WILL WANT leftovers. Unless it's a pasta dish, my family will almost never eat leftovers. This, they would eat all week long!! It's hearty, comforting, filling, and so easy to make!!! It's completely keto. However, if you're not into keto, serving it over a bed of rice is incredible!!! One of the other options is to turn it into a dip and serve it with toasted French bread. You can also make it into a sandwich, or add it on top of a baked potato!! So many things to try with this one simple recipe.
